eSignLive to Provide Technology for ACS Electronic Recordation Exchange

March 24, 2003 — Montreal, QC, March 24, 2003 - Silanis Technology today announced an agreement with ACS, a premier provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, to deliver technology components for ACS’ new Electronic Recordation Exchange, “eRX”, an open and secure, Internet-based network that connects organizations to counties to facilitate the electronic recording of land records.

Under their agreement, ACS will use Silanis technology as part of eRX to ensure that documents signed with a Silanis solution can be electronically accepted, validated and processed by counties using eRX. ACS, in the absence of lender and title customers having their own electronic signing capabilities, will also make Silanis’ technology available through eRX to electronically sign recordable documents such as mortgages, deeds, lien releases and assignments. ACS and Silanis will work together to ensure compatibility of the platform with Silanis’ software, enabling documents that are signed using Silanis e-signature technology to be compatible with eRX and its’ growing number of counties, lenders and title companies.
