eSignLive and Nintex Collaborate on Digital Workflow for Regulated Industries with E-Signatures

eSignLive, a provider of electronic signature solutions, and Nintex, a provider of workflow and content automation (WCA) software and cloud solutions, have partnered to help organizations in regulated industries create a digital workflow.

According to the vendors, an e-signature-enabled workflow ensures the process remains 100% digital, eliminating manual steps, which can lead to human error. The eSignLive connector for Nintex SharePoint 2013 Workflow provides integration of e-signatures, allowing users to create, send, sign and check the status of any transaction, while pushing the completed and digitally signed document back into SharePoint.

Additional integration plans for the future include adding eSignLive to the Nintex Workflow Cloud to extend workflow automation and e-signatures in the cloud.

eSignLive provides governance via its infrastructure and application security, as well as its advanced data encryption, and its e-signature solution is offered in a FedRAMP compliant cloud, helping government organizations digitize operational processes and stay compliant for cloud-first initiatives.

As enterprise content management (ECM) has become an essential part of an organization’s digital transformation solution, security is essential, said Michael Ratigan, vice president of sales for DocPoint Solutions, one of the largest resellers and integrators of Nintex worldwide. The eSignLive Nintex connector is important, he noted since it enables DocPoint to integrate a secure e-signature solution into customers’ Nintex workflows ensuring compliance and auditability for their documents and content.
