For the more than 35,000 employees Akyla helps its customers hire each year, the platform manages upward of 2 million documents of which 125,000 documents require a signature. The signed documents consist of employment contracts, tax and security forms, employee handbooks and other documents that contain a variety of sensitive personal information that must be securely signed. eSignLive helps meet Akyla’s need to secure personal information several ways. The first involves authenticating both staffing consultants and new hires using either email authentication or login credentials and one-time PIN via SMS.
